Skunk
Lake is a beautiful 27.8 acre, hard water
seepage lake located in the Town of New Hope. It is of moderate depth with a deep hole of approximately
20 feet. The shoreline is completely undeveloped and surrounded by a hardwood and conifer forest, providing an atmosphere of peace and serenity.
It is set in a depression with steep slopes surrounding the entire lake. Deer, muskrats, songbirds, and waterfowl are all common sights in this
area. Largemouth bass are the most common fish species with northern pike and panfish present. Skunk Lake is surrounded by private land and does
not have public access.
Skunk Lake will not have a survey or plan.
